Shipping and Returns

We use NZ Courier Post to send our work off to their loving new homes. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be posted.

All orders receive tracking numbers which we will send through to you as soon as your courier has been booked.

The pricing structure and delivery targets are as follows:

It's important to us to limit our impact on the environment. We send most of our orders in r3pack compostable courier bags that are both home and commercially compostable. Some orders are sent using NZ Post's 80% recycled plastic bags.

Most of our orders will be wrapped using protective bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely. We have never purchased bubble wrap ourselves; we simply reuse what arrives in orders from our suppliers. This is better for the environment than throwing it away and buying new eco friendly packaging.

Jewellery orders are sent in cute gift boxes.

If your parcel doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe or it was received damaged or with contents missing, please let us know so we can request help from NZ Post via their parcel enquiry form.

If the item you purchased is defective (not damaged during shipping), please contact us to discuss a refund, store credit or replacement.
